Obat Aman Untuk Wanita Hamil dan Ibu Menyusui

Salah satu hal yang paling dikuatirkan saya sewaktu hamil dulu dan saat menyusui saat ini adalah jika saya sakit yang sampai mengharuskan untuk mengkonsumsi obat-obatan.
Obat apa yang aman ya? obat mana yang tidak akan masuk ke ASI ya?

 Jelas sekali yaaa, saya juga seneng waktu nemu informasi ini...hihihihi

Tapi ini bukan berarti ibu menyusui seenaknya mengkonsumsi obat-obat yang tergolong aman lho ya.. pusing dikit, obat. panas dikit, obat.
Bukan berarti dilarang mengkonsumsi obat juga lho, tapi maksutnya dilihat dulu kondisi sakitnya seperti apa. Kalau memang hanya pusing sedikit, bisa jadi karena kurang gula (hipoglikemia), bisa karena stress, bisa karena minus kacamata yang bertambah (untuk yang bermata minus), atau bisa jadi karena belum gajian..hehehe... cicilan panci belum lunaaaas katanya.

Jadi intinya sih, harus dicari tau penyebab dan kondisinya seperti apa, kalau memang agak serius lebih baik segera kunjungi dokter untuk didiagnosa terlebih dulu supaya tidak salah pengobatan.
